We offer a full service for the money we receive from our clients, made individually or on our website, but under certain conditions. We invite you to read conditions explained in this policy in more details below, in order to see the conditions that apply to you, while following the right procedure.
We have a non-refundable policy for money paid for – Registration, CV’s and Job Search that also caters for Employer Engagement to enable us secure you the Certificate of Sponsorship (COS).
We charge very modest fees to look for you work in the United Kingdom to support our British Government to meet the requirement of filling the gaps of the labour shortage and to drive the British Economy forward.
REFUND – if applicable
Once you have paid us your registration, CV and Job Search fee we will send your receipt via email to notify you that we have received your money.
We will then, inform you that your work has been approved and, what are the next steps. We shall let you know the progress we are making, but please take our advice.
If you are unhappy with the purchase of the service from us, please let us know. If you have further questions and insist you would like to ask a refund, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If your request for a refund is approved, we will refund 50% of the amount you paid us, that will be processed and your credit will be automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
There is some processing time before a refund is posted.
